Caroline specialises in working with leaders and managers to understand themselves, their reactions to others and how they can maximise their personal traits to build high performing teams. Caroline has over 20 years’ experience working in small and large businesses in HR roles. Starting her career in Resourcing, she moved into Talent Management, Leadership Development and Coaching. She has worked in start-ups, small and large global businesses within a variety of sectors including Retail, Finance, Public Sector, Manufacturing and IT.
