David Roberts

David is passionate about enabling learners to become involved in their own learning.  His work uses strategies that enable enhanced corporate performance through the development of individual employees.  His expertise is around facilitating the development of reflective practice through the use of management and business simulation. David’s key areas of focus are business and management simulation, future strategy, engagement, performance management, change management and executive mentoring. His practice is international, and in addition to the work he does with Academic institutions, designing and delivering programmes for MBA courses, David is also commissioned to facilitate practical learning sessions with leading global organisations.  David’s previous experience has included roles as part of the senior leadership team within international profit and not-for-profit enterprises
