Pete is adept in devising both strategic and operational approaches in ever evolving and challenging circumstances and has a successful background working with some of the best universities in the world as well as consulting, legal and financial corporations, sporting and arts organisations. He helps create the opportunity for diverse talent to thrive. Pete is experienced in the development of employee networks, providing strategic advice to senior leadership teams on a range of equality issues and the development and launch of a number of equality initiatives. Pete has worked on equality, diversity and inclusion projects for the Israeli Forum for Diversity in Hiring, Singapore Universities, NHS Public Health England, a Premier League football club and leading theatres and arts organisations. More recently Pete has been working on burnout prevention and worker well-being initiatives with educational and data organisations.
