Sue specialises in using her experience of practical assessment and development techniques to facilitate change with clients. She is well versed in design, facilitation and assessment using a range of competency based and personality profiling tools, alongside her practical experience of delivering coaching and leadership development solutions. Her approach encourages exploration of options, recognition of strengths and development of self-confidence, underpinned by practical steps towards the clients’ objectives. Sue has held a number of senior roles in the areas of human resources, recruitment and development. She has worked with senior managers in the public and private sectors and has extensive experience of start-up projects/within the automotive and healthcare sectors. Sue also brings practical experience of working with under-represented groups to develop self-confidence and improve diversity at board level.
