Susan is former HR Director within a FTSE 100 global engineering organisation. She has operated in HR, Manufacturing and Technical leadership roles across aerospace, ship building and food manufacturing sectors with a track record of driving transformational change. Tracey Cleaton - Programme Manager

As Programme Manager, Tracey is responsible for the successful delivery of the end-to-end process and co-ordination of each programme's workshop. Her role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.  She combines meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisation and communication skills to deliver quality materials to any given deadline.  Tracey manages our team of associates, offering support and guidance when designing content, proactively monitoring progress and producing evaluation data. Tracey’s background is in education and music. She studied music to degree level, followed by   teacher-training, resulting in a 16-year career as a primary school teacher before joining h2h in 2011. She uses her knowledge of education to ensure that learning is experiential, relevant and long-lasting.

Kathryn Taylor - Business Manager

Kathryn keeps the h2h plates spinning! She is highly organised, has a naturally analytic approach which she uses to deliver solutions-focussed yet creative outcomes for the business. In her role as Business Manager, Kathryn works with the Managing Director to ensure that she is in the right place, at the right time, meeting the right people and with the right resources! She works closely with customers to ensure correct contracting and purchasing procedures are followed, contributing to a smooth and hassle-free customer relationship. She really enjoys being an integral member of the h2h core team and take pride in being able to contribute to the strategic direction of the business. Kathryn holds a BA (Hons) in Education with Qualified Teacher Status. Her early career saw her working in both classrooms and business, before joining h2h in 2014.

Sarah Tiffany - Growth Manager

Sarah is a bi-lingual senior administrator with excellent organisational communication skills, she is able to plan and deliver quality projects to the required standards and deadlines.  Following a 20-year career in education producing assessment materials and supporting documentation for a national awarding organisation, Sarah joined h2h in 2017. In her role as Growth Manager she is responsible for ensuring a continuous pipeline of work and clients. She is focussed, results-driven and self-motivated and uses these strengths to drive our business forward. Sarah oversees our business development plan and activities including event management, promotional materials, social media presence, newsletters and marketing.  She has strong interpersonal skills and is proud to work for an organisation whose overarching aim is to make a positive difference to working lives.

Graham Binns

Graham enlisted as a private soldier and retired from the British Army as a Major General. He received recognition for heroism and distinguished service in Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq.
