Susan Binnersely - Managing Director
Susan is committed to driving business success through people, diagnosing and designing value adding interventions at both a strategic and tactical level. She takes a holistic approach, identifying systemic trends in organisations and specifically works with senior leadership teams supporting them to create an enabling climate that promotes sustained business success and a positive employee experience. Susan is former HR Director within a FTSE 100 global engineering organisation. She has operated in HR, Manufacturing and Technical leadership roles across aerospace, ship building and food manufacturing sectors with a track record of driving transformational change. Susan is the Managing Director of h2h Resources. She is proud of the h2h team and the sustainable positive impact that h2h has had in customer organisations over the past 15 years. Susan is a qualified NED, business coach and a fellow of the CIPD.
Tracey Cleaton - Programme Manager
As Programme Manager, Tracey is responsible for the successful delivery of the end-to-end process and co-ordination of each programme's workshop. Her role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum. She combines meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisation and communication skills to deliver quality materials to any given deadline. Tracey manages our team of associates, offering support and guidance when designing content, proactively monitoring progress and producing evaluation data. Tracey’s background is in education and music. She studied music to degree level, followed by teacher-training, resulting in a 16-year career as a primary school teacher before joining h2h in 2011. She uses her knowledge of education to ensure that learning is experiential, relevant and long-lasting.
Kathryn Taylor - Business Manager
Kathryn keeps the h2h plates spinning! She is highly organised, has a naturally analytic approach which she uses to deliver solutions-focussed yet creative outcomes for the business. In her role as Business Manager, Kathryn works with the Managing Director to ensure that she is in the right place, at the right time, meeting the right people and with the right resources! She works closely with customers to ensure correct contracting and purchasing procedures are followed, contributing to a smooth and hassle-free customer relationship. She really enjoys being an integral member of the h2h core team and takes pride in being able to contribute to the strategic direction of the business. Kathryn holds a BA (Hons) in Education with Qualified Teacher Status. Her early career saw her working in both classrooms and business, before joining h2h in 2014.
Sarah Tiffany - Growth Manager
Sarah is a bi-lingual senior administrator with excellent organisational communication skills, she is able to plan and deliver quality projects to the required standards and deadlines. Following a 20-year career in education producing assessment materials and supporting documentation for a national awarding organisation, Sarah joined h2h in 2017. In her role as Growth Manager she is responsible for ensuring a continuous pipeline of work and clients. She is focussed, results-driven and self-motivated and uses these strengths to drive our business forward. Sarah oversees our business development plan and activities including event management, promotional materials, social media presence, newsletters and marketing. She has strong interpersonal skills and is proud to work for an organisation whose overarching aim is to make a positive difference to working lives.
Our team of 3 lead consultants are ambassadors for h2h and are key members of the h2h team supporting the core team in the development and management of key customer relationships.
Robbie is a highly skilled coach and facilitator, specialising leadership and team development, group facilitation and change and performance management. He has an ability to interpret client needs and develop business focussed solutions. He is able to support others to realise their potential. This, along with strong intuition and an authentic and engaging style make him an exceptional coach. Robbie has over thirteen years’ experience leading teams in the Human Resources arena and prior to this in operational management. This has been gained from a number of successful roles in organizations in the utilities, engineering, manufacturing and higher education sectors. One of his most prolific roles was as Head of Organization Development for the Commercial and International division of FTSE 100 organization United Utilities, where he was responsible for Leadership, and career development and the recruitment and development of talent
Debbie has a keen interest in supporting her clients’ business strategies through the development, engagement and involvement of their people. She has a strong change management focus and brings an enviable toolkit to any business change scenario. She is an experienced and flexible facilitator and coach and works effectively with teams and individuals from the shop floor to the executive board. Debbie has developed and run talent management, assessment and development centre processes, working to identify and optimise high potential and key talent in organisations, whilst minimising succession planning risks. Debbie has a background as a senior HR generalist with experience across a diverse range of organisations that include FMCG manufacturing, supply chain, retail, public sector and support service organisations. She has led and supported significant business change projects in the UK and internationally, particularly across the Americas and European regions.
Helen believes very strongly in providing support to both the management team and the individuals within an organisation. Helen Specialises in a broad range of restructuring activities ranging from project planning redundancies to training senior managers in consultation and assisting affected employees through the process. Helen is able to influence at all levels whilst adopting a professional and caring approach. She is an experienced coach and facilitator, specialising in outplacement coaching and internal career transitions.
Tracy works with fast-growing companies through to large multi-nationals to enhance the performance of leaders and their teams. She has lots of commercial experience in executive search across the UK, Europe and Asia and spent 5 years at a Managing Consultant of leading marketing recruitment business, working with FTSE 100 companies across FMCG, retail and manufacturing. Tracy’s approach encourages a systems-thinking philosophy to build professional resilience and agility to impact change, communication, collaboration, conflict and positivity.
Graham enlisted as a private soldier and retired from the British Army as a Major General. He received recognition for heroism and distinguished service in Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq. His final appointment prior to retirement was as Commandant of The Staff College which, in partnership with King’s College London, develops analytical, decision-making and communication skills of the UK Armed Forces’ senior cohort. Graham is now a member of the Meyler Campbell world renowned executive coach and leadership development community. As a proven leader in the most challenging of international environments he is well positioned to adapt his experience and training to support the delivery of sustained change in individuals, teams and systems. His coaching clients are drawn from a range of backgrounds to include senior positions in legal, public service, media, defence and financial sectors.
Sue specialises in using her experience of practical assessment and development techniques to facilitate change with clients. She is well versed in design, facilitation and assessment using a range of competency based and personality profiling tools, alongside her practical experience of delivering coaching and leadership development solutions. Her approach encourages exploration of options, recognition of strengths and development of self-confidence, underpinned by practical steps towards the clients’ objectives. Sue has held a number of senior roles in the areas of human resources, recruitment and development. She has worked with senior managers in the public and private sectors and has extensive experience of start-up projects/within the automotive and healthcare sectors. Sue also brings practical experience of working with under-represented groups to develop self-confidence and improve diversity at board level.
Jon helps businesses to develop and achieve goals through the practical application of change management principles. He is a master facilitator and has delivered workshops large and small for managers at all levels from Chairman, board and leadership team through to first line supervision. He works cross-sector, with clients in telecommunication, defence, healthcare, construction, law, finance, food and industrial products and has delivered workshop worldwide. Jon’s career started as an aeronautical engineer working for British Aerospace where he quickly progressed through management levels and became heavily involved in organisational change programmes. He then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a strategic change specialist where he worked on leadership development and corporate transformation for clients in engineering, telecommunications, defence, fashion, healthcare and food manufacture. Jon is now an independent consultant and has helped clients to achieve change goals through facilitation, coaching and training.
Yasmin El Dabi
Yasmin coaches senior executives and top teams with a healthy mix of support and challenge to develop and hone authentic leadership skills. She works with individuals and teams to develop the skills and steps to take on a larger organisational role and motivate those around them to achieve greater success for the organisation. Yas specialises in coaching senior executives to have greater impact and influence. She also coaches top teams to have real conversations to create high performance. At the core of her work is behavioural flexibility and a deep understanding of internal and external blocks which might hinder change. Her approach considers the wider system that a team or an individual is part of. Yasmin’s style is pragmatic, and goal focussed. She is particularly good at creating an atmosphere of trust so her clients can work at depth.
Caroline is passionate about equipping leaders to create environments where teams and individuals can evolve and thrive. She has an in-depth knowledge of psychology and neuroscience and strives to ensure all her facilitation and coaching is underpinned by behavioural science. Caroline specialises in working with leaders and managers to understand themselves, their reactions to others and how they can maximise their personal traits to build high performing teams. Caroline has over 20 years’ experience working in small and large businesses in HR roles. Starting her career in Resourcing, she moved into Talent Management, Leadership Development and Coaching. She has worked in start-ups, small and large global businesses within a variety of sectors including Retail, Finance, Public Sector, Manufacturing and IT.
Helen is a business coach and has a track record of enabling companies to deliver enhanced performance through effective management and development of their people. She is experienced in working with blue chip, private and public sector (NHS) organisations and is employed to work with individuals to sharpen their professional edge and enhance effectiveness. Helen brings pragmatic and real-life experience for clients and has specialist expertise in coaching individuals in both business and personal issues. She provides results driven support and works in an empathetic yet self-enabling style that has both immediate and long-term benefits. She is intuitive and value driven, believing in open and honest relationships where solutions to problems can be found. Chris has a genuine passion for the development and wellbeing of people. Throughout his career he has successfully supported the development of teams and individuals, and this is what gives him the greatest satisfaction. Chris has 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, managing teams within a sales capability. Chris prides himself on getting the basics rights, delivering value to the customer and developing strong and honest relationships. Chris is a qualified coach (Henley and ICF) and loves working with people and supporting their development. He operates with trust, integrity and empathy with strong commercial acumen and knowledge.
Martin is a lively, engaging and enthusiastic facilitator and coach who carries a fascination for the issues at hand. He has a highly developed ability to ask outstanding questions that get to the real issues. Clients describe Martin as a great blend of fun and humour alongside a thought-provoking style. Amongst his broad range of skills, Martin specialises in deep level coaching, advance influence and impact skills and team development facilitation. Martin comes from the Aerospace industry, where he started out as an Aerospace Future Projects Engineers. Over his career he gradually moved into change management. He lead the Organisation Effectiveness function for an Aerospace Business unit across 6 international sites, developing leadership and management skills and processes to help meet the business challenges in turbulent times.
Julie’s key areas of focus are leadership development, personal development, mental toughness, emotional intelligence and resilience, delivered through facilitation, team coaching and one to one executive coaching. She particularly enjoys working with technical experts to become outstanding in their leadership and management role by developing their self-awareness, increasing their personal impact and building strong, trusting relationships within the team and with stakeholders. Following a successful and varied career in the Royal Navy, Julie effectively combines 20 years’ hands-on leadership and management experience with over a decade as a coach and facilitator focusing on individual and team behaviour change. She has worked with Executives, Directors, Senior and Middle Managers from blue chips to SME’s and across all industries.
Paul leads a firm of occupational psychologists as well as providing consultancy support. He is a credible, business focussed, engaging and highly experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in senior leader assessment, development and executive coaching. Paul partners with UK and international client to deliver far reaching and high impact psychology-led interventions. Paul is experienced in the design of organisational competency models, bespoke development centre solutions and executive coaching for high potential and current leaders. His coaching philosophy combines a cognitive approach with psychology solution focus.
Pete is adept in devising both strategic and operational approaches in ever evolving and challenging circumstances and has a successful background working with some of the best universities in the world as well as consulting, legal and financial corporations, sporting and arts organisations. He helps create the opportunity for diverse talent to thrive. Pete is experienced in the development of employee networks, providing strategic advice to senior leadership teams on a range of equality issues and the development and launch of a number of equality initiatives. Pete has worked on equality, diversity and inclusion projects for the Israeli Forum for Diversity in Hiring, Singapore Universities, NHS Public Health England, a Premier League football club and leading theatres and arts organisations. More recently Pete has been working on burnout prevention and worker well-being initiatives with educational and data organisations.
Vanessa prides herself on providing a compassionate and pragmatic approach to people management. Her expertise lies in the delivery of effective transformational solutions to people, process and performance matters. She has served as a member of an Executive Leadership Team, chaired several Joint Trade Unions committees and has led on various Diversity and Inclusion initiatives throughout her career. Vanessa is an experienced HR professional with a career in people management spanning over 30 years. As a former Human Resources Director primarily within the education sector, Vanessa has significant experience in the design and delivery of senior leadership development programmes and has played a pivotal role in the several organisational mergers, overseeing all aspects of the restructuring and transfer of people and systems
Melissa is passionate about the importance of honest and effective communication within organisations. She supports clients to create environments in which high quality conversations and meetings can take place and during which excellent ideas and solutions are generated. Melissa thrives on working with individuals and teams to help maximise their motivation and enthusiasm for their work, while also delivering for their organisations and meeting their professional and personal goals. Melissa’s areas of focus include mediation, negotiation skills, managing difficult conversations, and understanding conflict styles. Prior to establishing her coaching practice in 2005, Melissa trained and practised as a solicitor in a large city firm and worked as a senior contracts’ negotiator for a global communications company. During this time, she worked with colleagues and customers from many different countries and cultures and gained a first-hand understanding of the complex workings of large, multi-national organisations.
Deborah delivers bespoke, interactive, coaching-based training combined with one-to-one sessions and, where beneficial, feedback surveys. To support and assist in enhancing the workplace experience of individuals, Deborah focuses on developing resilience within individuals, teams and organisations. Deborah is a qualified and experienced coach and trainer. Having worked as a banking lawyer, she has a deep understanding of both that challenges that people can face with high pressured, deadline focused workplaces, as well as the opportunities that may be open to individuals if that have the focus confidence and skill set to pursue them. Deborah’s work providing group training and one-to-one sessions has focused on enabling individuals within both the public and private sector to master their challenges and seize the opportunities allowing them to get more from their professional lives.
Tom developed his leadership skills working on over 70 high-pressure collaborative projects as a theatre director ranging from the Fringe First-award-winning The Container to operas in Selfridge’s shoe section. He now shares these skills with businesses and individuals as a communication skills trainer, facilitator and coach, specialising in exploring leadership, creativity and public speaking. His practice is based on the belief that everyone has immense untapped potential and that this potential can be nurtured and drawn forth through support and respect. This principle holds true to when training people to reveal their unique personalities in presentations, when facilitating them to unlock their imaginations and find new routes forward, and in supporting them to resolve difficult situations to the satisfaction of all parties.

Maneeza’s passion and expertise is in the recruitment markets, where she brings a practical approach to her specialist area, the manufacturing sector. As an experienced recruiter Maneeza can assist in preparing redundant employees for new opportunities. She is confidently able to concentrate on job search and selection, interview skills and career advice. Maneeza is an approachable, well respected member of the team, able to operate at all levels effectively. She instils confidence in others and is always positive and enthusiastic with an ability to get through anything. Maneeza can flex her approach to her audience and is sensitive to political needs. She has played a key role in several Outplacement Centres as the Key Consultant offering all services from running group workshops to 1:1 advice on job search and career counselling as well as offering practical help in CV preparation and interview advice.
Ali’s strengths lie in senior leadership coaching, specialising in developing personal impact, strategic influencing and career transition. She is an accomplished facilitator and coach. Ali’s background is in the defence sector, where she has had a successful career as an HR Director. She has experienced and let significant change interventions driven out of mergers, restructuring, downsizing, process and technological developments. She has a thorough understanding of the key levers for organisational effectiveness and in particular what can be done to minimise the adverse impact of change on individual, team and business performance. It is this practical operational experience blended with strong coaching skills that allow Alison to quickly assimilate the organisational contexts that individuals operate within and so build productive coaching relationships which deliver performance benefits to both the individual and their organisation.
